With family health counseling the focus is on everyone learning to take responsibility for their health and well-being and how to make the right choices in food and life.
Through dynamic and interactive experiences we learn how to understand what hunger is, when we have too much energy or too little and what to do with it, how to communicate what we need or feel, and how to remember to love ourselves.
