Avocado Pie
Here’s a sweet treat that’s healthy too. Its creamy, its thick, its … Chocolate Avocado Pie!
This dessert can be made raw or almost raw. It takes as little as 5 minutes to prepare and could fool anyone into believing it’s just a normal dessert!

Ingredients for raw pie crust:

(If you choose not to use a raw pie crust a graham cracker crust will do just fine)

  • ½ cup raw walnuts
  • ½ cup raw sunflower seeds
  • ¾ cup of dried apricots
  • 2 -3 chopped dates
  • ¼ cup raw agave or honey
  • Optional-ground chia /flax /almond meal

Ingredients for filling:

  • ~1/4 – 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 avocados
  • 3tbsp raw coco powder
  • 2tbsp raw agave or honey  (or any sweetener of your choice)
  • 2tbsp raw nut butter of your choice (almond or macadamia nut are my favorites)
  • 1tbsp raw coconut oil
  • 1tsp raw vanilla powder
  • some coconut flakes and chia seeds
  • 4-5 dashes Himalayan salt

Directions for Raw Pie Crust
Place the first 4 ingredients in a food processor until it becomes moist and mealy.  While processor is on slowly add the agave or honey until the mixture forms a ball shape.  Place the crust into a pie dish and form a pie crust.  You can sprinkle it with some ground chia, flax, or almond meal and press it into a pie crust shape with wax paper to make it a bit easier.

Directions for Chocolate Avocado Pie Filling

Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor until it’s a creamy smooth texture.
Freeze for 20min before eating to help it keep its shape when you serve it.
Enjoy!
