Meditation cushions
to keep the space sacred, use the same one every day and dont let anyone else use it. When you are having a tough day, all those good vibes will be stored up in your cushion and you can sit on it as needed!
Meditation shawls
If you are like me, you get super chilly when meditating. A shawl helps to keep that precious body heat in. Use a all natural fiber if you can and remember to not be afraid to wrap it over your head too. Its ok to look like a beautiful meditating saint once in a while!
Meditation alarms
As you become used to meditation, you will have an inner clock that tells you its time, however, when lots is going on and you just can get your self to sink deep cause you are worried about the time, get a clock. I prefer the digital zen alarm clocks as they give you a nice gentle Tibetan bell-like chime that isn’t too jarring to use the countdown as a meditation clock or timer for your yoga practice, but still loud enough to wake you up in the morning.

Love em, use em! Intuition works the best. How to do that? just don’t second guess or judge the answers that come. To cleanse them you can use, sage smoke, intention, prayer, water, sun and moon light. To use them….be creative or practical. I love to meditate with a few and sometimes go to bed with them too.
