The Freedom Trail
A fun do it yourself or by tour guide historical adventure through the city of Boston. You can visit up to 16 historical sites in 3 hours.

Plum Island
Located in Newburyport, about 45 min from Boston. It is a 6 mile long beach trail with over 800 bird species! My favorite place to swim and picnic too! Parking is available at the Refuge, the Point or in private parking lots. A small fee is charged. Refuge information 978-465-5753

Ipswich River Wildlife Sanctuary
With over 10 miles of trails you can not get bored. My favorite part is that if you are patient you can get all types of birds to eat seeds out of your hand! A small fee is charged here but it is beyond worth it.
