5 Super FoodsMany of us know that food is one way to nourish our bodies. What most of us forget is that the foods we eat actually can be used and have been used since as long as we can remember, as medicine.

Sometimes the truth is simple. Eat healthy fresh foods everyday and you will get more energy and decrease your chances of a numerous amount of diseases.

Yes the foods Tina Jo list really can do all of this and more. Making the change is usually the hardest part.  As a health coach since 2003 I can say that the easiest way to make a change is to just find a way to add these healthy foods into your diet.  Don’t try to take any of your favorites out just yet.  I promise you that as your health increases your taste buds will start to crave the best foods for you and with in no time you will be feeling and looking great!
